Andermatt Biocontrol Romania is seeking a specialist in Agronomy and Horticulture with a strong passion for innovation and sustainability to join our team as a Technical & Development Specialist

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies for the existing portfolio and new launches.
• Manage assigned products across market segments and ensure portfolio compliance with regulations.
• Provide technical support, consultancy, and training to customers, partners, and sales teams.
• Organize and oversee product trials, efficacy studies, and field demonstrations.
• Collaborate with marketing to define product positioning and differentiation.
• Monitor agricultural trends and recommend new products aligned with portfolio needs.
• Maintain and update technical guidelines and application procedures.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or Horticulture.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and crop protection.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the agrochemical industry.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally with key stakeholders, including opinion leaders and decision makers.
• Proactive, autonomous, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficient in computer use and MS Office applications.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 40% of the time).
• Valid driving license (Category B)
