Andermatt Biocontrol Romania, subsidiary of Andermatt Group, Switzerland, is looking for a Product Manager Specialty Crops for its portfolio of biological products for the Romanian market.

Your tasks

• Lead a portfolio for specialty crops under responsibility and specific market segments
• Establish and implement internal product field testing strategy and monitor trial results
• Together with the marketing department, you establish the product differentiation strategy and define the technological and commercial positioning by customer segment and crops
• Plan and manage new product launches and establish development programs
• Develop collaborative relationships with customers and large horticultural producers by providing technical advice

Your profile

• Agronomist or horticulturist, minimum 3 years experience, especially in crop protection and nutrition
• Fast, concrete and customized communication and presentation skills
• Team spirit demonstrating flexibility and adaptation to the new working environment and company culture
• Good communication skills, both internally within the organization and externally with key stakeholders – opinion leaders, decision makers
• Proactivity, autonomy and excellent interpersonal skills
• Languages: Fluent written and spoken English.
• Effective use of computers and MS Office.
• Ready to travel (40% of the time).
• Driving license B
